Rules & Regulations
We must be good stewards and follow the following rules and regulations:
*Each vendor is responsible for providing proof of licensing for their organization, sanitation license (if food vendor), insurance and, all other mandatory licenses required by state and local government to participate in this type of event.
*At your earliest convenience submit application, as well as bring copies for display at the time of set-up.
*Each vendor is responsible for the cleanliness, professionalism, safety, insurance & security of his/her property.
*There is no subletting or transfer of space without permission.
*All display, storage and extra materials must be kept within your assigned space
*Each vendor will have a (1) 8’ foot table with signage. Vendors should bring their own tablecloth or branded covering for their table.
*For safety, please adhere to the specific times for setup and breakdown.
Set-up: Saturday, August 22, 2026 7:45 am – 8:45 am
Breakdown: Saturday, August 22, 2026 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm
*Generators, dangerous objects, contraband, animals or loud amplified sounds are not allowed.
*By participating in this event, the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the Living Word Christian Center/Kingdom Running Club and its subsidiaries and all other businesses entities associated with Living Word Christian Center, the Board members, directors, members, sponsors, officers, agents, staff and employees (collectively and individually) from any and all liability for damage, Cook County Health code violations, injury, or loss to any person or goods for any reason. The vendor understands that he/she is an independent party and is solely responsible for their booth space and operation, and that the Living Word Christian Center/Kingdom Running Club is just providing a place for the party to exhibit their business.
